We want you to love your REFY products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or swatched beauty products cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original REFY box or a similar sturdy mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
